Once again, your story is a proof that a staging consultant has to be a "psychologist" with great intuition and tact, before s/he even gets to stage a property: homesellers or agents, you need to "pass" the oral exam before you get to the practice. I love the way your asociate handled homesellers' concerns. Indeed, once you decide to put up your house for sale you have to start thinking that is not yours anymore. Easy to say, hard to do most of the tme.

P.S Do you have it Trade Marked? Can I use it? It is a great line.
