It is important to recognize yourself as a unique, special individual. . .You can do anything.
Reality: Lots of bad things happen to people and everyone seems to have their share - how do we deal with this?
- Don't feel sorry for yourself
- You cannot change the past so do not have regrets -you can only change the future (Don't cry over spilled milk).
- Learn from your mistakes
- Admit your mistakes, apologize, and move on. . .Be quick to forgive and forget.?
- Forgiveness - of yourself and others. Forgiveness is for your benefit - remember that!
Peer pressure: guess what? It exists at every age so learn to deal with and stay true to who you are.
It doesn't matter what others think of you. . .Don't allow others to control you. What matters is what you think of YOU!
