Tis the season for the annual Albuquerque Old Town Christmas Tree Lighting and Stroll in 2013. Lighting huge Christmas Tree will take place in the center of the Old Town Plaza at 6:15pm.

Enjoy 35 different performers of both song and dance. Observe the nativity scene, live animals you can pet, enjoy the beautiful Historical San Felipe de Neri Church. Beautifully lit luminaries will light the streets and alleys of Old Town and bring a warm glow to your soul. The shops of Old Town will open for business and this will be a great opportunity to purchase those unique and handmade gifts. You will find many great prices on this very special shopping Stroll.

Kiddos don’t forget to get your photo made with Santa! There will plenty of hot chocolate, coffee and food to be purchased at the Albuquerque Old Town Christmas Tree Lighting and Stroll.

Well behaved Dogs on leash are welcome just bring your doggie bags to clean up after your pet. We took our pup Dixie last year and she really enjoyed it.

Thank you very much for dropping by and checking out the Old Town Tree Lighting and Stroll happening in Albuquerque tomorrow December 6,2013. We truly appreciate you stopping by and leaving your comments.

Debbie and I are having newly relocated neighbors over for a pot of homemade chili then hope to take them with us to this big Old Town event. It's actually beautiful in person and something to fit everyone's Christmas ideas. We have snow today but it suppose to be clear, cold and calm for the Old Town Tree Lighting and Stroll. We will bundle up and enjoy fires of Pinion burning throughout the streets alleys and of course many of the shops at Old Town will have their fireplaces crackling with pinon wood as well.

Wish you were all here to go with us! Thanks again and make it a grand day in all you do.
