I’m back today with another neighborhood showcase page on my website, today focusing on a brand new “green” community of townhomes here in Wilmington called Tonbo Meadow, which is located on the east side of town just off Greenville Loop Road.
Developed by Fasse Construction & Development, Inc. to be a completely eco-conscious community, Tonbo Meadow targets “green” objectives in its building design that include “pure indoor air quality, a tightly sealed building envelope, energy efficient HVAC systems and appliances, limited waste, and a site based design with minimal disruption of the natural habitat” (source: FasseConstruction.com).
