What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Harrington Pines Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1400 and 2400 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by KB Homes back in the early 2000’s. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 2004. Since then, many of the homes have had updates, many have added screened porches to enjoy the private wooded lots that a majority of the homes sit on. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four bedroom layout with some models offering a first floor Master Suite on the main floor. You will find just about every kind of conceivable shopping within 2-5 miles of Harrington Pines Subdivision due to it’s proximity to Brier Creek Commons Shopping Area. The shopping center continues to grow and add new stores each year and includes everything from Starbucks to Massage Envy to BJ's Wholesale Club and features a Super Target and a Super Walmart. In the evenings you will want to take a stroll down to enjoy dinner at one of the 22 fantastic Restaurants along the Brier Creek Strip where you will find everything from a fine dine Brazilian Steakhouse (Brasa) to one of the local favorite Sports Bars (The Ale House).
