Los Angeles CA - Hermon Clean Team To Hit The Streets Saturday 12.07.13

First Saturday of Each Month - Hermon Clean Team Hits the Streets - LA 90042 Once again the community of Hermon within the city of Los Angeles(in Northeast LA zip code 90042) will conduct its monthly clean-up of the area on Saturday, Saturday, December 7, 2013. The Hermon Clean Team has been meeting the first Saturday of each month for nearly two years to help keep Hermon a better place to live, play and do business.

The small but enthusiastic team of community volunteers meet at 8AM by Monterey Donuts in the Monterey Plaza across from Fresco Community Market.

Typically, the group is finished around 9:30AM so you can continue with any other weekend activities.

It’s great to see the Hermon Clean Team put their words into action. Many communities see blight but the Hermon community makes things happen. As I have written before, this is the type of activity that every community and neighborhood can put in place.
