Slick Style and Trendy Decor

The complex is very industrial looking.  When you first walk in you are greeted by a soothing waterfall that ripples down some rocks.  High speed elevators sweep you up to your floor.  Each unit is floor to ceiling windows that allow you to take in all the light. 

The building is secure, but no on site security guard.  Units come with underground parking spaces.  Generally just one.  There is an on site gym that sits on the outside of the complex.  A bicycle storage is available for you to lock up your bike.  

The best thing about this complex, it's just two blocks from Petco Park.  If you're a baseball fan, this is the complex for you.  

HOA fees are about $400-$500 a month.

Element sits on the far east end of Downtown, San Diego.  In fact, it's the furthest east complex in the area.  It's got a very urban feel. Baseball fans find this particularly a cool complex because they can go see their favorite team, the Padres, and stumble to the bars in East Village and then back home.  

You don't have to go too far to do your grocery shopping, there is an Albertson's right across the street.
