Here's a news flash. Ada County Planning and Zoning is now wanting to delay "Cluster Communities" from developing outside the area of impact until annexation of these properties are taken in by the different municipalities.
February 8th. an in depth report can be viewed on the Ada County Planning and Zoning web site. Evidently, a re-do of the current comprehensive plan is in the making.
This is something that will be worth watching.
