The holidays are upon us.  Here in Cranford, NJ the first snow just fell today.  The malls are populated with shoppers looking for that perfect gift.

But other people are shopping for a different kind of holiday present.  The perfect home!

When it comes time to sell your home, it pays to wait until after the holidays, when the spring market comes, right?

WRONG!!!

The biggest mistake people make is NOT putting their home on the market now.  There are plenty of good reasons to act:

• With all of those other people waiting until after the holidays to put their homes on the market, there is less competition.
• Those Buyers out looking now are SERIOUS Buyers.
• Homes look beautifully decorated, which makes them appear more warm and inviting to Buyers.

So, why wait?  Don't make the mistake that so many others make.  There's no time like the "present"!!
