Southern California held its Winter MeetUp in Norco CA on December 7th 2013. I am at liberty to announce that a fun and exciting time was had by all. It rained...actually, our ActiveRain MeetUp poured with constructive conversation and it was flooded with enthusiasm and fun. My jaw is still hurting from laughing so much.

 

 

 

 

 

Ana Hitzel, Corona's very own home stagger arrived first and graced us with her creative knowledge and colorful personality. Ana is California President of Real Estate Staging Association. She has over 6 years of experience in transforming spaces to look like covers of Home Magazines. I am still in awe by all she has accomplished in her life time. She has personally given 10 years of her life to serve the United States Air Force. The same dedication and love she has for her country is now transferred into creating ingenious, luxurious and relaxing functional spaces. Ana is the person you definitely want to have in your real estate team. Nothing gets her down. Her strength, love and dedication is apparent the minute you meet her.

 

Kristin Hamilton joined our group soon after.  She is our very own ActiveRain Ambassador. With over 750,000 points accumulated over a short period of 2 years, one can sense her dedication and love toward her work. Her caring and nurturing nature is revealed throughout her blogs. Kristin's strong dedication to her clients has made her a top shortsale negotiator in our local community. Her past 28 years experience as deputy for San Bernardino County has given her the experience and ability to be tough when she needs to be. She will fight for you!!! Our local Riverside girl gets the job done. She will fight to complete your shortsale.  Wells Fargo...you been warned!

 

We were immersed in conversation about blogging and business when I heard Les tell an individual that he knew him. Soon after, others were also saying "I also know you." Richie Naggar replied "ActiveRain is working." We immediately greeted him with a huge smile in our faces. There is no feeling like meeting someone face to face. It was like greeting a family member who has been away and finally came home for the holidays. Richie is Riverside's very own ActiveRain Millionaire. His character and love for humanity was immediately apparent to us. We were all blessed by his presence, intellect and wisdom. Richie has written a series of books called Pearls for the Soul. They are a series of books that should be read by all. His hope and love for humanity and Christ is demonstrated through his work. We each received a signed autographed book as a gift...Thank You, Richie!!!

 

After two hours of constructive get together, we had to disperse due to prior engagements. Time sure flies when one is having fun. Another memorable and successful Winter MeetUp for the books. So glad for all the friends and memories that are built here on ActiveRain.
