Market Update - Beacon Point - Aurora, CO - November 2013

Homes in Beacon Point showed a sizeable increase in the number of sales for November 2013. Beacon Point is still high in demand, and there are resale homes (and two new construction homes) to be found.

SOLDS - 11 SOLD in the month of November - increase from 7

Average SOLD price is $396,177

Average days on market were 70

List price/Sold price - 98.39%
