We are very fortunate to live in such a wonderful area. We have four season, Blue Ridge Views and the University of Virginia! Sales are starting to pick up in Charlottesville and our year is off to a good start.

  • In Charlottesville City we have SOLD 81 HOMES.
  • There are currently 355 HOMES on the market.
  • Our average DOM (Days on the Market) is at 117 Days .
  • Our Average selling price is $358,073.

Wow! Our average selling price for the past few months has been half that! Well, homes in the county anyway. What is your population?

Charles - you are certainly in a beautiful area!  I wish our property values here were comparable.  We usually top out at about $1.6 in the estate section.  Maybe I'll get down there one of these days and take in some of the beauty!

Sounds like the city is doing fine and Spring is the time for everyone in our area to get out and see the properties available with the snow just leaving we are ready for spring and the market it brings.
