Is seeing Bay Area Christmas Lights on the family‘s holiday to-do list? From San Jose to Palo Alto, Cupertino to Livermore, San Francisco to Sacramento, there's now an easy way to find the best Christmas light displays in any Northern California location, from Santa Clara County to Alameda, Tehama and Sacramento counties.
California Christmas Lights (formerly Lights Of The Valley), a website guide created by Alex Duorov of Livermore back in December of 1999, has seen over 1.4 million views.
Originally conceptualized as a grass-roots guide to locating the best holiday lights displays (and avoiding wild goose chases), California Christmas Lights evolved into a searchable database of verified Christmas light displays throughout California.
In addition, there is now a California Christmas Lights Facebook page.
Also, the Mize family’s Mickey Mouse Christmas house in Marinwood is being featured on the new reality television series “The Great Christmas Light Fight”. Airing on Monday nights, the Mize’s home will be featured on December 23, 2013.
