It is really a beautiful Friday. I am already feeling the love. First of all, I want to say thank you to each and everyone who took the time to welcome me to Active rain. And also to thank you for your advises so far. That said, I am really looking forward to your continued support as we all continue to be succesful at our crafts. Ok, enough of the "sap"....
I have already made my new years resolution. And it is to...... wait for it,,,, wait for it... (Drum Roll, Please!).. "Do more listings".... Alright, Alright!... I know, Do more sales too, right? Yes! Well, there are tons of foreclosed homes here in Port St Lucie just ready for the picking. Even though investers from all over "kingdom come" have been cleaning up, there's still more than 500 great foreclosed opportunities calling for buyers... so lets go buyers, lets go!
Well, I am just delighted. "Why are you so delighted Dr. Matt?" Gald you asked! I am delighted that I am a part of a movement called Keller Williams Realty Of Port St Lucie. I mean, these guys are the,,, how shall I put this? "Best team ever"... Ok, Ok, I know your team is the best also.. I get it!
