I know sometimes it may seem like the market gets tried of hearing me extol the virtues of Sun City Texas located in Georgetown, TX. After all, as broker, I live in Sun City Texas, as do all of the Rugg Realty agents. One may assume we are biased in our opinion, and that is true. We can't believe we found such a wonderplace place with so many of the active adult life style amenities we wanted.
When I saw this article in our local Community Association news letter I thought it was fitting to pass it along. Seems like other people in similar communities also feel the Sun City Texas is some place special and has graced us with multiple awards. See below:
