In Tatum Ranch for the month of January 2007, 11 homes sold with an average sale price of $432,400. As of January 31 in Tatum Ranch there were 138 active homes with an average listing price of $454,361 and 17 homes were pending with an average list price of $474,058.82.
In Dove Valley Ranch three homes were sold during January 2007 with an average sale price of $400,000. There were eight homes pending at an average list price of $588,612 and 65 active homes with a list price of $520,321.35 as of January 31, 2007 in Dove Valley Ranch.
