With some Great software Tools, Active Rain and other Blogging, Internet Marketing Can Be very productive.

Here an Example below of my Search Engine Placement on Google using Long Tail Keywords in my Blog post descriptions here and in my outside Blogs.
Use SnagIt to capture this screen off Google to Save and Show Prospective Sellers How You can put their home on the First search Page too, using Long Tail Key words with Your Internet Marketing.
Here is a Copy of My Google Page for Victoria luxury and waterfront homes.
I Captured it with SnagIt and added my editorial, highlighting, etc to mail or add to my listing Presentation..No other agent in My market place is Currently doing this....

This week along I meet with two new clients that found me on the Google search terms they were looking for and have asked me for a CMA on their Victoria home (one was a Computer programmer!)and to show them how I can Sell Their home...Do you think I'll be competing with others agents with this type of marketing and Documentation ?...Not likely as I dominate the Google Search Page,I show my Clients. Bottom Line who can Complete...You can do the same!

Summary: Use long Tail Key words, for Google Positioning for your area, Capture the Screen with SnagIt , save the screen capture in a Document file on your Computer, add the page to your marketing letter,expired campaign,FSBO campaign, GEO farm flyer's and your listing Presentation....Best of all You'll Get huge exposure on Google with your long tail keys words to help Sell your Clients Homes. Wow, you can't argue with those results. What software do you use to highlight everything, I just did a search for my area and I was pleasantly surprised to be on the first page of Google three times myself!
