In Waukesha County Real Estate many people will always hear me refer to the area I live in as Lake Country, with the Lake Country being part of Waukesha County Wisconsin. What is the Lake Country? It is defined as because of its large number of lakes, the northwestern corner of Waukesha County is referred to "Lake Country" by local residents.
That incudes Pewaukee, Delafield, Hartland, Merton, Nashotah, Chenequa, Okauchee Lake, Oconomowoc, Summit, and Lac La Belle. So why would I want to look at a Waukesha County Lake Homes for sale today Tom Braatz? Well, granted give it a few days with this cold front, but it does make sense and I will tell you why. Most people I meet like to be in their new Lake Country lake home by Spring. Seeing the buds are on the trees about April we dont have lots of time to plan.
