What Mortgage Loan Officers Offer Sacramento Real Estate Agents

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

I am amazed that I don't have more Christmas and New Year's cards from mortgage loan officers in Sacramento, but I don't. In fact, regardless of the fact that this Sacramento real estate agent has personally mailed hundreds of holiday cards this year, I have received very few in return. That's because nobody sends stuff in the mail anymore.

Do you know whose Christmas cards are hanging on my glass wall in the living room? Let's see, we have a card from They Might Be Giants, because we are members in the TMBG fan club. Another from my pest control guy. There is a card from a nonprofit asking for more money before the end of the year, and then, yesterday, I found a holiday card in the front seat of my car from the guys who come to my home in Land Park to wash my car.

The mortgage business continues to get tougher and tougher. Many of your past mortgage providers are looking for new employment now since industry rules and regulations continue to get more restrictive and the refinance market is drying up.

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

Hi John: With interest rates going up, the only people doing a refinance will be those with equity who need to pull it out, and a HELOC through a credit union might be a better choice for those borrowers.

Hope that you are enjoying Florida and the upcoming holiday season.  From reading your website post...a link from your AR Blog, I hope the LO's sent a card vs calling you....Lol.  But from your blog post, apparently, many did not.....so sad.  Tis the season.

Mine have been sent to my base of loyal agents...........More importantly, I'm making sure everyone's loans are going to docs for timely year-end closings.

Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year
