Ever have these days where you just want to scream WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME??

Well lately I have been having some of those days and I was scrolling through some old e-mails and came across this real life story that talks about what I am going through...

These stories all happened during 9/11 twin towers on why people were still alive....

You might know about the head of the company who got in late that day because his son started kindergarten.

Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts.

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning.
He took the various means to get to work, but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive.

So, Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing telephone... all the little things that annoy me... I think to myself, this is exactly where God wants me to be at this very moment.

Dude...great post.  I think of this all the time that I'm somewhere that I don't want to be.  Especially after 911.  Thanks for the motivation.

Justin: I believe your perspective is the best way to look at things. Sometimes set backs are not what they seem. They're all just experiences that make up our everyday. My goal is to enjoy my life because I'm alive to enjoy it. I rarely find myself disappointed. Cheers for your postive message.

Get thought about being here now and not rushing ahead of ourselves.

Good points. My neighbor, who worked in the towers was delayed in going to work that day and was coming out of the subway as people were fleeing the first tower. It was just his destiny to be late to work that day.
