This is hilarious- I think most can appreciate this post! I shed a tear or two because I was laughing so hard. This is the true definition of dedication. I might start to employ some of the tactics used. I believe if we could promote our listings we might have higher closing rates. I don't know if I would show my sellers this though. lol! I wouldn't want them getting any ideas!
