Why Wood Deck Maintenance is Necessary

A large number people living in Woodland Hills California are not treating and sealing their decks. Although untreated decks don't fall down or just rot away quickly. They will simply get dirty and the surface will become much rougher in less time. Splinters are a common problem with wood decks. Another hazard is slick surfaces.

The dirt we see on a poorly maintained deck is actually living organisms. Reseal by applying a clear or semi-clear liquid sealant to all exposed surfaces. The average home owner can do it themselves, but often don't do as well as a professional Contractor.
