My buyers and I thank the seller for clearing the snow from the driveway before walk thru.

We had a lot of snow on saturday and the owner had already started moving before the weekend.

I was worried about going for the walk thru and walking on the ice/snow.

 

It was a pleasant surprise that the owner had removed the snow from walkway and driveway.

Our agreement of sale required the home to be broom clean but the owner actually had the place cleaned thoroughly.

It is closings like this where there are wonderful buyers and wonderful sellers and good agents representing the other side of the transaction that makes me feel so good.

I love my job .

Gita it is great when everyone work together in a transaction.  That was kind of the seller to do the snow removal.

It was kindness and being smart as well. When my husband and I bought our first house it was February and the house had been vacant all winter and had never been cleared. There was no heat because the seller did not get oil and in those days there were no disclosures either.We learned a lot.
