Services for Real Estate Pros with sro housing corp

I'm looking to manage conventional housing. I've been managing single low-income housing for over 12 years. Serving the Downtown area, "Central City East". I've completed and passed the IREM RES201 Course for ARM Accredited Resident Manager Designation. I'll be receiving my ARM Pin soon. Taken the course has broaden my education. I also, took a course at LATTC, the Multi-Family Practical Course (IREM/HUD). My studies are in the Conventional Housing. What is my next step, to manage Conventional Housing?

Preventive Inspection(s). Fair Housing enforced, screening applicants, Managing a staff of 3 Asst.'s, 4 janitors, good at making decisions, good communication skills, computer skills, Yardi experience. A Resume is avaiable.
