We have some really good real estate news to tell you for the Gulf Coast!

Pensacola’s housing supply has dropped to 8 to 9 months of supply, which means the market is certainly improving.

Gulf Breeze has also seen improvements with 6.8 months of supply.

This makes Gulf Breeze the healthiest market in the area.

Navarre, as well, saw improvements with 6.9 months of supply.

Now that all the months of supply have dropped, we can attribute the rise over the last few months being towards the government budgeting and economic crisis.

Interest rates have been dirt cheap, but now they are just cheap, which is still good.

The average interest rate today is around 4.55%.

With the FED not buying as many bonds, we have predicted that the rate will jump to around 5%, which is still a low rate.
