Christmas Day is coming and Christmas will never be complete without Santa Claus, the loving figure in red, with rosy cheeks and twinkling eyes.
What could be a better way to celebrate the holidays than to see and visit Santa Claus?
For kids, Santa Claus brings gifts and treats, it means happiness and joy and Santa keeps the holiday spirit going. Christmas will never be the same without St. Nick visiting the young boys and girls in the Valley of the Sun.
The Valley has prepared some events where children will get a chance to meet Santa Claus and pose for a photo with him.

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park - Sundays through Saturdays, December 14 – January 5 from 6:30 pm to 9:pm. The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona is decorated with thousands of holiday lights. Opening night festivities include a tree lighting ceremony, entertainment and a visit from Santa. For more information, please call 480-312-2312.
Pavilion Holiday Express and Holiday Dancing Tress - The trees dance in sequence to music on your car radio. On December 22, Sunday from 5 pm -7 pm, there will be free train rides for the family and visits with Santa on the north side of the shopping center near Home Depot. Visit Santa at the Winter Wonderland - Santa will be taking photos from 7 - 9 p.m. through December 24 at the Winter Wonderland at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Arizona. The District at Westgate will have snowfall and a snow show near Fountain Park. There will also be ice skating available, and horse-drawn carriages during the weekend.
