2013 In Review
In 2013 I met so many wonderful people who had a desire to buy a home but secretly they thought there was no way. Like typical buyers they would visit open houses and new homes communities doing the same thing over and over and dreaming.
Then they would meet me and as we chatted and I would ask "What is holding them back from buying."
So many times they were trying to figure out the how of their lives without all the options available to them. They didn't even know the questions to ask to get the answers they needed. That is where I could make a difference. You see the Internet is great for doing research on homes but in the end everyone has a story and needs. Their life story is what helps us to help them achieve their goals. We need to know what is standing in your way to help you.

My Favorite Story This Year I call- Role Model Parents when Seperating!
This year I am proud to say I helped a couple go through separation with the best interest of their children in mind. These folks should be roll models for how to put children first. With grace and compassion they now live in the same neighborhood for the sake of the children. I showed them how to make this happen. It was complicated no doubt about it there was other real estate involved, but I showed them how we could make this happen. They were troopers and did everything I ask. There were some speed bumps along the way and some frustration at times but to get what you want sometimes you just need to trust and push through. "I got a text that made me break down and cry with joy it read... " I am at my pre dry wall walk through with the builder and the kids just asked me if they could walk down to Dad's house it is not that far. In that moment I knew we were all going to be ok" And then she said "Thank you we were just dreaming the day we walk in to see you we had no idea this could be possible or how to even start the process you made this happen! WOW!
The Defeated Couple
Another couple had gone through bankruptcy and now had recovered and very successfully I might ad. And yet they had no idea they could have been homeowners again years earlier. They still were feeling defeated and ashamed of their truth .I showed them they had nothing to worry about. I said pull back your shoulders and lift your heads high. Bad things have happened to good people over the last six years and realize that chapter is over , you survived and I am going to get you in a home of your choice. And they are forever grateful they settled mid year this year on beautiful home! They said no one had ever really stopped to talk with them and take them serious. This is where experience counts. They were Ready, Willing and had no idea they were Able to buy. That is why you owe it to yourself to pick up the phone if you are dreaming of owning a home.
The Up and Coming
I met four sets of buyers who loved where they lived but had out grown their present homes and needed more space. These folks had no idea how to get started they had never had to sell or rent a home before this. I am a problem solver just tell me your situation and your dream and I will lay out a step by step plan of action to get you there. Sometimes it happens right away other times it may take a few months but it's not a race this is your home you are talking about. These folks all loved where they lived but wanted more room for their changing lifestyles. I was able to show them they could stay within the same community. No loss of friends or support systems, no change in commute just more room and a dream come true.
I love what I do and no matter what your situation is relocating, divorcing,buying your first home, moving up or any life change that causes a change in where you live is what I love to help with.
