Nice day in the Rain, with a New Orange Star
Yesterday was kind of a busy day as most Mondays are, so I did not spend much time posting blogs, reading blogs or commenting on blogs yet.
I did notice that a few people had re-posted a few of my blogs, Yippee!
And then I received another very nice surprise, a call from everyone’s favorite Active Rain Cheerleader, Ms. Kerrie La Guardia.
It was a pleasant call where we discussed, theme songs, meet-ups, relationships and fun in the rain
But beyond the small talk was the real purpose of the call, to ask me if I would be willing to serve as an ambassador in the rain.
Like she needed to ask, of course, I was honored to accept.
Then she went over what was expected of me as an ambassador, pretty much do what you are doing, behave, don’t fight, help people out when you can, and be available when called on for other stuff.
A few minutes after we said our goodbyes, like magic, the little area under my picture turned orange and my raindrop was replaced with a star.
Thanks Kerrie and all the other people who make Active Rain the fun place it is, where we can play, talk, read, learn, and gain Google juice, clients and points as a reward.
