How can we rescue our market?

 I know you are facing the same situation...  lot of very good qualified buyers  that are trying to make the final decision to put an offer in a property.  But, in less than a second all dreams to execute enter into a dilemma or panic due to the media situation we have being exposed.  I understand  we are swimming  into unusual waters,  and that we are  facing a very difficult economy trend; but at the same time is a perfect time for the real buyer, for the real investor.  I took my time to review what I am doing to explain these buyers that this is the BEST time to BUY.  What it is your opinion?

I completely agree, I have about 10 buyers that are ready to buy but are hesitant at the same time I am attempting to explain and show them fact as to why they call this a "buyer's market". We have a tool that takes information from the MLS and builds a graph. This makes it "visual" for the buyers and is also helpful for sellers to help them realize where they need to price their house. It works most of the time but it is very difficult to beat the media at this game they play.
