Things to do in Alameda: The Little Ice Rink is at South Shore Center in Alameda through January 20, 2014. The rink will be open Mondays through Thursdays, 3 to 10 p.m., and Fridays through Sundays, noon to 10 p.m. Admission is $15 for ages 9 and up, $10 for ages 8 and under, with a discount if you furnish your own skates. Things to do in Alameda: TheAlameda’s Farmer’s Market is open to the public Saturday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 24 morning from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine. All the winter fruits and vegetables are available at great prices. So good. Don’t miss the opportunity to shop for delectable fruits and vegetables. The market is at Webster Street and Haight Avenue.
Things to do in Alameda: Alameda South Shore Center and Off the Grid are back with more food trucks on December 21, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the South Shore Center parking lot near Petco. The trucks include Cupkates, Hiyaaa, Kinders BBQ, Little Green Cyclo, My Shrimp Shack, Sanguchon, Senor Sisig and We Sushi.
Things to Do in Alameda: Nutcracker Ballet on Saturday, December 21, at 2:00 pm presented by Alameda Civic Ballet at the Kofman Auditorium at 2200 central Avenue in Alameda. Tickets are $18 to $35, please call 337-1929 for more information.

Things to Do in Alameda: Visit Santa on Saturday, December 21 and Sunday December 22, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Christmas Tree Lane on Thompson Avenue. People on Thompson Avenue have gone all out to decorate their home. It is a beautiful sight. You can visit Santa from now to December 23, 2013.

Celebrate 2014! at the Pacific Pinball Museum on Tuesday, December 31 from 7:30 pm to 1:00 am. Tickets are $35 for adults and $20 for children 16 years and younger. Free pinball play, finger foods, party favors and a no-host bar will be featured. Pacific Pinball Museum is located at 1510 Webster Street in Alameda.
