Thank you National Association of Realtors for the above graph. Every market, city state, community, subdivision is different, but we have seen the up soar of prices in our state of Arizona but not the whole state.
Maricopa county with record sales again but our Navajo county still is adjusting. Many homes still for sale for several years and still for sale. Although Navajo County is a second home market in many eyes it is still a great buy. So hey buyers look and buy.
