Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Frank Sinatra's timeless songs and "The Best is yet to come" struck a chord (pun intended) with me.
Real estate has always been hovering at the edges of my life, but I didn't take it up as a "career" until 2006, became an independent broker in California in 2009, and have never looked back. And every year it gets more interesting as I expand my horizons, in 2013 to include becoming a broker in Hawaii. And each New Year, I tell myself, "The Best is yet to come."

WHY DOES MY BUSINESS KEEP GETTING BETTER.
If you have been following my blogs, you can see that I am very excited about the places that I am conducting my real estate business, namely Hawaii and California.
CALIFORNIA: I have just moved my brokerage to Carmel-by-the-Sea, mid-way along the gorgeous California Coast where I specialize in Oceanfront and ocean view real estate.
HAWAII: Although my main office is in Honolulu where I specialize in the newer high end Honolulu Condominiums for Sale, I am in the process of marketing luxury property on the Big Island of Hawaii.
I can't tell you how excited I am about 2014, the endless possibilities developing a bigger client base in both California and Hawaii. Marketing will go into several new directions to promote my current clients and to service new ones.
