Getting the Best Price for Your Home

 

 

Aggessive marketing is the key to selling your home quickly and getting the highest price. Aggressive, effective marketing  It's my job to assure that you get top dollar. The single most important elements of marketing your home effectively is setting the correct list price right at day one.. Set the price too high, and you won't get any offers and your home will linger in the inventory. Set it too low and you cheat yourself by not getting your home's full, fair value. This is where the experience of your Realtor matters. Your Realtor is the expert in your area..Your Realtor will analyze the market and set your home price to compete in the current market .As your Realtor, I'll work closely with you to assure that everything possible is done to get your highest price, in the shortest time frame. It is a different market today than it was even two years ago. The SOLD sign may take a little longer, but if we set the price correctly, you are halfway there.

The condition and appearance of your home are also critical factors in getting the best price for your home. Take a walk through your home with the eyes of your buyer .What do you see?
