I Will Not Apologize For Being A REALTOR®

I will not apologize for answering the phone when you want to Sell Your Phoenix Home and have questions about what to expect and why it's required in Arizona.

I will not apologize for asking you to Prepare Your House to Sell so that you can move on with your life and pursue your dreams.

I will not apologize for telling you how your House for Sale compares & contrasts with the other houses listed on the MLS in your neighborhood.

I will not apologize for telling you that Real Estate Market Conditions Change and you are not guaranteed an offer at a pre-determined price or even a visitor to your House for Sale.

I will not apologize for having a different assessment of Your Local Real Estate Market than what you read on an online real estate pricing site, see on TV news, or hear from your family and friends.

I will not apologize for outlining a strategy to Sell Your House when you think you need to "Test the Waters" first.

I will not apologize for telling you What Buyers & Agents Say About Your House

I will not apologize for Guiding You Through A Sale, step-by-step, the purchase contract, the negotiation details, the inspection reports, the repair requirements, the final days of escrow, until your sale is complete.

Dear Rich,

You do not need to apologize for doing a good job. Selling Real Estate is not as easy as it looks.

Hi Rich,

why should you apologize for doing the right thing? The real estate professional is the specialist that can determine the market for a property based on knowledge and experience. No portal or close friend and family of seller or buyers can that because we professionals constantly educate ourselves and check the market developments and give our best to assist our customers.

Have Happy Holidays.

Interesting that you made a point that Greg Nino was talking about regarding honest feedback. I tell or give the sellers exactly what the buyers say or don't say. I think it's the most truthful way to go about business. Sugar coating the feature of the red walls is not doing the selling process any good. It's about bruising egos.

Well said. I didn't apologize the other day for answering the phone and asking the client his name and best number to call back in case our call was cut off. But he just wanted a price. Nothing else. Price only. I don't sell by price only and he hung up frustrated that I asked a simple question.
