I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Northampton township in October 2013.

I looked for residential listings sold in October . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 35 homes that settled in October 2013.

The average original list price was $ 422,528

The average last list price was $412,505

The average sale price was $401,855

Highest sale price was $770,000

The lowest sale price was $ 144,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 53

The average settled price to original price ratio 95.11

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 97.2%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
