Well, you go St Johns County! Unlike Clay County and Jacksonville, your months inventory was better in November 2013, then it was in November 2012. Less inventory and more homes sold in St Johns County. I know, you really want to know what those median sale prices were. I gotcha covered. Days on the Market– The length of time it took the house to get under contract from list date. Sold REO– How many homes sold that were foreclosures (REO=Real Estate Owned).
Sold Short Sales– How many homes sold, that were short sales
