I am a Realtor and although I would love to help you sell your home, you probably need information such as tips to prepare your home for the market, and to determine before you dive in what your home is worth to buyers in the market. Some of my clients start this process months or a year before they want to sell.
What if I could assure you that I can provide information, visit with you to look at your home and give you some suggestions for improvements, prepare a market analysis so that you can determine what your home is worth right now and not contact you excessively going forward.
My business is built on forming long term relationships with current clients and future clients. I also love referrals and understand that if you are on guard when I contact you because I am overdoing it, then we won't have a good lasting relationship.
So, although I will reach out to you occassionally to give you some updates and new information, or to see if you need any information, it will come in the form of an occasional phone call, email or postcard and it won't be daily or weekly, just occassionally. You are not obligated to respond but you are welcome to respond or reach out when you need something.
