Most travelers seeking to visit an unfamiliar area see the value of hiring an experienced guide-and recognize the knowledge and experience will improve their experience.
Each of us deals with situations differently and when there is stress and money involved it often gets complicated. Buying or selling a home has every conceivable emotion we know involved and is therefore difficult to focus on the process and the end game. Without focus there is no end game and that is why it is important to have a skilled and experienced coach by your side. A coach or Realtor is unemotional and has experience with all kinds of situations and is able to see the finish even when you can't.

Realtors are the glue that keep things together and the force that is used to dealing with all kinds of fallout.
