Nashville TN Green Hills, Forest Hills, Vanderbilt, Belmont & Music Row area 2013 Home Sales Report

Nashville TN and Green Hills, Forest Hills, Vanderbilt, Belmont and Music Row area home sales have increased this year in both volume and median price!  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 14.4% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the past 5 years!  This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Similarly, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2007.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and Green Hills, Vanderbilt & Belmont homes are selling faster than they have in 4 years!
