Clearwater Florida's intercoastal waterway is indeed beautiful! Perhaps that is why so many 'snow birds' travel down this way every winter.
Rather than coming down for the winter, why not relocate to the state that is surrounded by water (since Florida is a peninsula) and there is NO state income tax!
