The Reata Realty Group joined Fathom Realty in May of this year and it's one of the best decisions of my real estate career. As District Director of Fort Worth, I'm proud to be a part of the Fathom Realty Family. So, I’d love to share a few of the exciting accomplishments for Fathom Realty in 2013:
- Fathom grew by 90% to 550 agents
- Fathom is now in 13 states
- Fathom opened 20 new markets (about to open Hawaii)
- Fathom hired 30 new District Directors
- Fathom’s transactions grew by 150%
- Fathom’s revenues grew by 200%
- Transactions grew at a higher rate than our agent growth with the trends showing that our agents are closing more than before joining Fathom
- Fathom agents close an average of 10 transaction sides per year. That’s more than ERA (9.5), CB (8.5), C21(8.2), Prudential (8.1), KW (7.3), Better Homes (6.8), Real Living (6.2), and Sotheby’s (5.7). REMAX still has us beat with 17.1 closings per agent but we’re catching up.
- The owners of Fathom acquired Hometown Heroes and are rolling it out across the country. What an amazing opportunity to share and serve those who give so much to make our communities a better place.
- Fathom helped two worthy people, Jeff and Michelle Harris, launch Revital Credit who have already helped 250 customers become homeowners.
- Fathom launched our Revenue Sharing program this year and we’re already set to pay out $125K to our agents this coming year.
- Fathom launched our new personally branded agent websites, which includes integrated social media, blogging, automated call system, and so much more.
I'm excited to see what lays ahead for us in 2014 for our team as well as Fathom Realty, I know it will be spectacular.
