Looking for a way to 
to your sphere about your blog.... I have found that a good way is to summarize your blog articles in a letter. This will tell everyone what you have been doing for the last month. Your sellers will appreciate that you are advertising theirlistings, your leads will get it that you are knowledgable in the area, your friends will enjoy the reading and your mom will be proud..... It's a win win for everyone. Everytime I send this type of letter out to my client base.... I hear from a long lost client who has real estate needs.
Here's the letter..... copy it, plagiarize it, do whatever you want with it.... It works
Dear clients, past clients, future clients, family and friends,
Many of you who have received my blog in the past... and have been wondering why I haven't sent it to you lately. No reason other than I didn't want to inundate your email box on a consistent basis, so for that reason if you would like your name to be removed from my mailing list, just email me and it will be removed in an instant.

From all that you are reading, you may think that the market is horrible.... If a home is marketed, staged and priced correctly, the buyers will find the value in it immediately. I recently sold a home in Vernon Hills in 5 days. The seller couldn't be happier with my marketing efforts.
if a home does not sell in this market for various reasons, you may consider renting the home for a period of time. One of my sellers is receiving $3000 a month for 2 ½ years and another received $5000 a month for a short term lease. In this market you do what you have to do. If you know of anyone interested in renting a home, I have a lot of renters who want to move to the area, but the corporations that they work for, do not want them to buy a home.
I am currently listing 2 rentals in Buffalo grove, if you know of anyone looking for a townhome to rent. The first rental is across from Stevenson Highschool in the Waterbury place . It is only one year old and beautiful. The other rentalis located at 1146 Courtland in Buffalo Grove. This townhouse rental is also great!
