The median price of solds was $62,569 with a 96% list to sold ratio and a psf of $44.12. 19 were bank owned; 5 were short sales. Days to contract was 76.
November 2012 saw 53 solds; with a high of $225,000 ($91.28 psf) and a low of $20,000. ($16.20 psf). Bank-owned = 15, Short sales = 18. The median price was $49,000. with a psf price of $37.85. List to sold ratio was 92%. and days to contract 79.
Median price is up over 2012 and so is the list to price ratio. Inventory is lower now than last year and prices will be going up in 2014.
There are 215 homes currently on the market in Holiday, FL with a low price of $26,900 and a high of $14,899,999 (84 acres on the Gulf). The median price for actives is $69,900 with a per square foot price of $55.77.
