November 2013 single family housing statistics reveals a pleasant surprise for the Palm Beach County housing market today. Although November historically lags in closed sales, cash sales, new pending sales, and median sales price compared to earlier months, November 2013 showed the greatest overall improvement compared to any month of November going back five years. This year’s numbers showed most closed sales, highest median sale prices, and greatest number of new listings for November.
