Denise Andres was one of three sales associates nationwide asked to speak at a general assembly during the ERA International Business Conference held February 24-27 in Orlando, Florida. Andres discussed the techniques she employed to increase her business in 2007, despite a contracting market locally and nationally. A member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Andres is educated in strategies for successful marketing and her efforts to provide the best service possible have ranked her 12th in the nation in total closed production volume for 2007. As a sales associate with ERA Landmark for 10 years, she has earned many awards including the ERA National Leaders' Circle each consecutive year since 1999, "1st in Customer Satisfaction" national awards from ERA Franchise System, and Gallatin Association of REALTORS Salesperson of the Year 2001. Andres also holds the ABR, CRS and GRI designations.
