My "Me Agreement" for 2014 - More Video Blogging
This is one more great idea for your business in 2014 - Video Blogging. It's simple - and there are many posts here on ActiveRain that will teach us how to do it!

Every year I set goals and a plan of action for my real estate business, but I am more committed this year to having that accountability partner to hold me to the task. This is not a new goal, but something that I know I need to spend more time producing. Therefore, my “Me Agreement” for 2014 is to do more video blogging with a concentration of adding them to my Market and Neighborhood-Community Reports.
I plan to produce at least 2 videos per month with my market and community reports. Many of my
neighborhood and community reports have received more than 2000 clicks. Just think how adding videos to those reports will increase the number of clicks.
I am soundly convinced that Blogging has been very beneficial to my real estate business since joining Active Rain in 2011. Having a more consistent format for reporting those monthly market reports, and neighborhood reports will only strengthen my lead generating results by adding more videos. Everyone understands the power of videos, and the fact the YouTube is up there right behind Google in those search engines, but few are actually taking advantage of it.
I remember making this goal last year, and had great intentions of accomplishing this task. But, I made the mistake of not having an accountability partner, who could keep me on track. It’s one thing to be able to write it down on paper, but it’s another thing to actually be able to get it accomplished. Therefore, my accountability partner will be my broker, Ms. Cathy Bureau. Plus, I am also asking some my of Active Rain subscribers to help keep me on track this year. I will be calling and contacting a few of you, who have been an inspiration for me over the years. 2014 is going to be a great year for producing more videos in our blogs.
