New Luxury Real Estate at The Beach: More Saturday Smiles

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

We came upon this wonderful development built by budding young architects.  They even included a waterway for the yacht slips with easy access.  The sand drip style of castle homes is sustainable and eco friendly.  There is always more sand available to expand or repair with. This is the largest of its kind recorded on Sandyland Beach in Carpinteria.

It was so much fun to see so many people at the beach on a winter day.  By Californians standards it was not warm enough to swim without a wet suit, however, many of our Eastern visitors, disagreed and plunged right in.  (The temperature was 68 F, and the water was 60F).  Everyone was smiling, laughing and playing, and yes, lots of dogs were arround to add to the merriment!

Wishing you a delightful Sunday, Cheers, Ron & Alexandra

Love it!  My cousins and I made a million of those in our youth.  Eco friendly for sure, but not built to last  : )   BTW the photo to a while to load.  You might reduce size for blog posting.

Ron & Alexandra what a great photo. It really is cool. The sand and water and fine sand sculptures.  You are making me jealous because it is goin to get cold in Chicago land.

It makes me happy to see happy people on the beach. You wouldn't get me in that cold water though.

LOL  I anxiously awaited your photo to come up with the new "development" including a yacht waterway!!  CUTE, very cute!  60-degree water would be perfect for those of us from the east coast - so, I can certainly understand their enjoyment in your ocean!  Happy New Year to you both!
