My HOME II – Available only in the following zip codes: 20706, 20737, 20743, 20744, 20745, 20746, 20747, 20748, 20772, 20774, 20784, 20785 - Must be a first time home buyer, Loan up to $20,000, debt and income limitations, resale, foreclosures, short sales and new construction are eligible for purchase. The loan amount is a deferred payment but must be repaid back if the home is sold, refinanced or transferred regardless of length of residency. Loan limits are based on the debt to income ratios.
