I would tell you but then I would have to...well you know. Are there secrets in Real Estate? Do Texans love cowboy boots? There is always something in every real estate deal that if you knew it you could make or save big bucks.

It is my job to do my best to uncover the secrets. After nearly 13 years in real estate I have seen a lot and I know where to look and what questions to ask. At times I can tell you more about the property from pictures than you could learn from visting the property in person.

Alan: Amazing how many sellers "forget" to disclose a lot about their properties. It might not seem big, but it could turn out to be devastating down the road. So, yes, dig out the secrets during the discovery period.
