Many people want a home with a pool, and believe me, you need it in our HOT Texas summers. We have family gatherings around our pool, kids and adults come to swim. We often barbecue or make hamburgers, because we're are always hungry after our swim and playing water volleyball.
Hot tubs are great on cold winter days, a good opportunity to get out in the cold. Many enjoy drinking hot coffee, hot chocolate, or their favorite glass of wine. I enjoy the hot tub as much as the pool. This a great way to relax before going to bed.
Texas likely has more pools than the average state, because of our weather.
If you don't buy a home with a pool, there are neighborhoods with community pools, which are popular for all ages, as well as a good way to meet your neighbors, friends or celebrate the kids birthdays You are welcome to bring food and drinks.
